Dunlop Aircraft Tyres is well positioned to lead the market in the Regional Jet and Turboprop segment.
It has certification in place or certification pending on the most popular aircraft within the segment.
- Narrow Bodied
Dunlop Aircraft Tyres is certified on the most popular narrow body aircraft such as DC9, MD80, B727, B737, (Classic and Next Generation) and certain versions of the Airbus A300s, A310s & A320s. The class, dominated by the A320 and the 737, is the worlds’ most popular class of airplane. Over 6,500 are in active service and many of these could be fitted with Dunlop bias or Dunlop radial tyres.
- Wide Bodied Jets
Wide body Aircraft are deployed on the longest and often most profitable routes. The market is smaller in numbers and cycles than the narrow body market is an important airliner market for Dunlop. Dunlop Aircraft Tyres have tyres certified for A300, A310, B767, B757 and B747 and is developing tyres for other wide body aircraft.

Our distribution line of Essex PB&R Corp products includes the following:
- PBE - Protective Breathing Equipment
- VRU - Victim Rescue Unit Plus
- VRU - Victim Rescue Unit
Essex PB&R BPE’s are HAZMAT (Shipped as UN3072 life-saving appliance not self-inflating) therefore they are not subjected to the new shipping restrictions introduced by the recent DOT Advisory which took effect on September 30, 2009.
This DOT advisory requires oxygen items (oxygen cylinders/oxygen generators etc) to be packed in a special container instead of the previously acceptable “un” marked cartons. These containers are what makes the shipping very expensive.
All the PBE "compact units" that we distribute meet TSO C116 & C99 standards, The PBE has a 10-year 6-month, warranted, useful service life, beginning from the date of manufacture.
Essex PB&R is proud to offer you many different PBE final stowage options. The size and material of your stowage containers is your choice. Each configuration contains the same PBE just packaged differently to meet your needs. No other PBE manufacture can offer you this flexibility and this many options.
